Why am I being asked to enter information in 1099-R form?

I have not taken any money from annuities, profit-sharing plans, retirement plans, IRAs, insurance contracts, or pensions, but after analysis Turbo tax is giving 9 errors in the 1099-R form.

You can delete any 1099-R forms that transferred from last year or that were created if you accidentally said Yes by entering 1099-R in the Search window on the upper right, hitting enter,, then the Jump To. When you come to the little Summary, you can delete any showing.
