Why am I not seeing how to add a 2nd 1099 military retirement income?

Go back to the section of the program to enter a Form 1099-R.  It will take you to a screen labeled Your 1099-R Entries.  Click on the button Add Another 1099-R

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Search for 1099-R and use the Jump to 1099-R link.   You will land on the Your 1099-R Entries screen.   From there you can click on Add another 1099-R.
