Form 5329 is a tax form that is generated in your tax return in certain situations. It's not part of the Free TurboTax offer.

If you have a 1099-R form, you are likely to end up with Form 5329. This includes early distributions, and rollovers of retirement plans and IRAs.

You need this form if you received taxable distributions from Coverdell ESAs, QTPs, or ABLE accounts.

You can also trigger this form if you overcontributed, or failed to take an RMD from,  your traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, Coverdell ESAs, Archer MSAs, HSAs, or ABLE accounts.
