My only source of income is my disability and I receive the 1099-SSA form to do my taxes. Why can't I e-file tax return?

Your social security is not taxable. You can't e-file because you have no income. Your 1040 is populated with zeros. You are not required to file.

But if you still wish to efile, add $1 of interest.
