Why does inputing my 1099-R Defense Finance and Accounting Service insist that I have an error in the RMD Excess Accumulation Worksheet?

Inputing Military Retirement Pay keeps resulting in a check that the "Type of account should not be selected for this distribtuion" Choices are IRA / 403B Other. None of the choices clear the error. I am stuck.
