I an a Florida resident but my IRA to Roth conversion amount is being taxed by Georgia

Please clarify - do you have any reason to file a GA tax return?

 

Unless you have GA income, there is no reason a FL resident should see any GA tax questions (or forms or returns) in their TurboTax program.

 

Did the Payer (1099-R issuer) withhold GA tax from your conversion funds? If so, you will have to file a non-resident GA tax return to get a refund of those taxes.
