Why is my total dividend in summary sheet greater than the sum of dividends received as per 1099-DIV

You may want to review your data input for your 1099-DIV's into TurboTax by following these instructions:

  1. While in you Tax Home,
  2. Select Wages & Income,
  3. Select Review/Edit,
  4. Select Edit/Add next to Dividends on 1099-DIV,
  5. Select the Edit next to the each of your 1099-DIV's that need to be checked/corrected.
