Why is the NJ state return miscalculating my AGI by duplicating TSP contributions that are already added into the calculated wages and income. Help?

Turbotax is incorrectly adding box 12a [D. Elective deferrals to a section 401(k) cash or deferred arrangement (TSP)] and 12b [DD. Cost of employer-sponsored health coverage. ] to box 16 State wages (where taxable TSP is already factored in)
