Question

Why is TT insisting that I answer, "Was this distribution From a 403(b) Plan?" There are only two answers pertain to QUALIFIED plans. Mine is a NON-Qualified annuity?

    There is a known issue with 1099-R forms with a code of D in the distribution box (such as 7D or 4D).
