Question

Why was I charged $130.00? My refund was $347.00. My deposit was $217.00, after you paid yourself $130.00. Social Security and pension is not taxable. Unable to delete.

I tried reaching someone to delete the charges that I didn't need. I can't afford to use you any more. You charged way too much.

If you have already filed then it is too late to get a refund ... but may I suggest you use one of the IRS FREE FILE options next year if your AGI is $69K or less ... you MUST link in thru the IRS site to use one of those free programs ... https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
