Why will you not let me import my military and Texas retirement pays that were sent to my account at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union???

If you are not able to download your IRS form 1099-R, there are other options including typing it in yourself.

Follow these steps to report the 1099-R:

• Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
• Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & income.
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans Social Security.  Click the down arrow to the right.
• Click Start / Revisit to the right of IRA 401K Pension Plan Withdrawals.
• At the screen Let's import your tax info, select the provider.
• Follow the screens to download the 1099-R retirement income.
• You may enter the 1099-R retirement income by other means by selecting Change how I enter my form at the screen Let's get your tax info.
• You may download the form from the provider, upload a PDF, JPG or PNG file from your computer, snap a photo or type it in yourself.
