First----your wife is not your dependent.  A spouse cannot ever be claimed as a dependent.  You can file a joint return with your spouse.   Her SSA1099 must be entered on the joint return.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

A Spouse can Never be a dependent.  You should have selected that you are filing as Married and that you will be filing the tax return with your spouse when you were entering your personal information in the My Info section of the TurboTax online edition.
