Will I receive my stimulus checks I don’t remember being asked did I receive one if I did how would they would’ve asked the question?

Also my federal income refund was accepted but shows 17$ will my stimulus be attached with the 17$ in my account or it should’ve showed the stimulus amounts at the front screen

Please check line 30 if you receive the Recovery Rebate Credit. If yes then it will be included in your refund shown.

To be eligible you need to be a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien in 2020 and have a Social Security number that is valid for employment.

You cannot be claimed as a dependent by someone else to be eligible.

Your credit amount will be reduced if your adjusted gross income (AGI) is more than:

$150,000 if married and filing a joint return or filing as a qualifying widow or widower
$112,500 if filing as head of household or
$75,000 for eligible individuals filing as a single or as married filing separately.

Your payment will be reduced by 5% of the amount by which your AGI exceeds the applicable threshold above. (IRS FAQ Recovery Rebate Credit )

If you qualified for the Credit then the questions appeared in the "Federal Review" section:

Log into TurboTax.
After entering all your information click "Federal Review" at the top of your screen.
On the screen "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount" click "Continue".
You will be asked about the amounts of first round and second round stimulus payments you received. If you did not receive a payment enter "0".
TurboTax will then calculate the amount of stimulus payment remaining that you are still entitled to get.
Any stimulus amount remaining due to you will show as a credit on line 30 of the 1040.

If you didn't claim the Recovery Recover Credit and didn't get the stimulus payments but qualify then you will have to file an amended return 1040X. Please see FAQ How to amend a tax return for instructions.

I just received my federal return but before I even received the funds I had already amended to fix some things but it will not let me until March 25! What’s going on here ?

It's important to the IRS that returns are fully processed before they receive an amendment. It's normal for the amended forms to be available later in the tax season and this year the IRS started the season much later than normal. The good news is that it can be e-filed so it's worth the wait. If an amended return is mailed the IRS states that you must expect a wait as long as 16 weeks.

Tracking Your Amended Return You should generally allow 8 to 12 weeks for Form 1040-X to be processed. However, in some cases, processing could take up to 16 weeks. Go to Where's My Amended Return on IRS.gov to track the status of your amended return. It can take up to 3 weeks from the date you mail it to show up in our system. (Instructions Form 1040-X)
