Will the state of Indiana allow you to spread the Cares Act Distribution over 3 years like the Federal Government?

No, Indiana has not adopted that provision to elect to spread the distribution over 3 years. Therefore, Indiana will require full inclusion of any distribution in the year of distribution.  TurboTax will include the whole distribution amount automatically on your Indiana state return.
