2024 Business State Not Loading & Stuck in Loop

2024 Business Desktop - State Section

At state taxes section. Paid for New Mexico. Click on "Start" next to New Mexico. Next window indicates NM is downloaded. Check NM box. Next window indicates "Your software is up to date". Then nothing.

Back to "Start" button & endless loop begins.

Checked on the availability of NM forms. All are available as of 02/23/25. Also tried shutting down TT & restarting laptop, as well as starting a whole new tax return file.

No avail; help needed.

If you receive a message that your software is up to date but your state module does not install, you may need to run the State Clean Up Utility. The link to the tool is found here: State install/e-file update loop.

Thank you PatriciaV. I ran the State Clean Up Utility, as well as uninstalled / reinstalled TT Business 2024. System still stuck in download loop with State Taxes. Appears to download, says everything is updated, but never progresses into the state side of things.
