Can you still use the TurboTax program online if you have filed chapter 13?

    You can use the online version even if you have filed for bankruptcy, unless you received Forms 1099-C for cancelled debt income that you want to exclude from tax. For that you would need the desktop version of TurboTax to prepare a Form 982.
