Thank you for your great question.  Due to the fact that you work from home you will definitely want to look into home office expense.  You will have the option to select standard or actual expenses for home office.  Under actual expenses for home office TurboTax will ask for certain expenses and square footage of the house to allocate between business and personal use to arrive at actual expense.  For other dual purpose expenses like cell phone use you can figure out %personal use and %business use and enter the business use only of the cell phone cost.  I will also inlcude a link that elaborates more about the home office deduction.
