I think the deadline for 2020 has already past, not too sure yet, but 2020 and 2021 is what Im looking at. I dont remember getting any credits.

It is too late to get a bigger refund for 2020, but not too late for 2021. If you need to file or amend a 2021 return, do so no later than April 15, 2025.
