Form 1099K does not appear when attempting to edit the previously entered form. Form can be viewed and edited in View - Forms, but does not appear in the normal Step by Step view.

Please clarify your question.

Unfortunately, we can't see your screen to see where you are, so I'll have to ask you a couple of questions.

I entered this in TurboTax Home and Business 2023 for Windows and did not have the same problem.

We may have posted something different.

  • To get to the 1099-K, did you go to
    1. Other common income
    2. Income from form 1099-K
    3. [Update]?
  • Can you get to the point to [Edit] your entry?
  • If you can select [EDIT]
    • Dose the next screen say
    • Which type of income is your 1099-K for?
    • If you got this far, what did you select?

Are you able to [RDIT] the 1099-K using these steps?

If not, at what point does it break down?

Please contact us again and provide some additional details.

I originally entered and then attempted to update the 1099k under Business - Business Income and Expenses - [Select Business] -  Business Income - 1099K Income.  When update is selected the window is empty.

Following your steps:

  1. Under Business
  2. You select Business Income & Expenses
  3. The screen shows Here's the business info we have so far.
  4. I went through the interview.
  5. That whole section had to do with the business profile
  6. I now come to the heading Your XXXX Business
  7. Did you enter your 1099-K here?
  8. After making entries in this area, I was also able to come back and edit.
  9. Did you do anything differently from my entry process?
