    Here's how to report 1099-MISC interest income in TurboTax:

    1. Open or continue your return.
    2. Navigate to the 1099-MISC section:
      • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1099-MISC.
      • TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1099-misc and select the Jump to link.
    3. Answer Yes to Did you get a 1099-MISC?
      • If you already entered a 1099-MISC, on the 1099-MISC Summary screen select Add another 1099-MISC..
    4. Enter the details from your 1099-MISC.
    5. When asked if the income involved work, select No.
    6. Confirm that it did not involve an intent to earn money.
    7. Follow through with the rest of the questions
