I changed my organization structure in 2022 from a sole proprietorship to a single member LLC. Do I need to file the two structures separately?

Not unless they are two separate businesses. A single-member LLC (without an election to be treated as a corporation for federal income tax purposes) is a disregarded entity and reports on Schedule C in the same manner as would a sole proprietorship.
