If you sell goods through Amazon, then yes the 1099-K represents self-employed income and is reportable on Schedule C.

What to do with Form 1099-K?

If this is not a hobby and you are conducting this activity for profit, it should be reported on Schedule C. Please remember that reporting it as "other income" will not go towards credits for social security benefits you may be eligible for in the future. Only net profits provide credits for SS Benefits.
