My husband was self-employed but retired as of Dec 2022. I retired in 2021. What version of TurboTax should we get for this 2023 tax year?

Since there was no income from self-employment in 2023, wondering if we don't need to get Home and Business this year and instead get a lower version of TurboTax?

Home & Business is a Desktop program. So if you've been using the Desktop program you can buy a lower version like Deluxe. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help in the higher versions.

For Online you can try the Free Edition. But you might need to upgrade to Deluxe or Premium if you have any investment income.
