In the Business Income and Expense section of TurboTax, under Business Income, you will enter her gross receipts under the section General Income.
Once in this section you'll see a table like the one below. You can break out the income however you'd like, or keep it all together. The descriptions you use here are for your reference so that you can easily identify the number later. For example you could state "hourly fees", "products sold", or simply "income earned from personal training."
