Sole Prop changed to SMLLC - How to pay IRS estimated taxes online

I changed from a sole proprietorship (2024) to a SMLLC (single member LLC) at the start of 2025. In the past, I've paid estimated taxes through my Individual IRS online account. Now that I am a SMLLC, can I still pay estimated taxes on my individual account, or do I need to look into creating an IRS business account through my EIN? Or does it matter either way? TIA

Yes.  As a single member LLC, nothing will change when it comes to how you pay taxes.  You do not need to use the EIN, you will still use your SSN as all income is still treated as your income.  When you establish a SMLLC, the only difference is liability protection.  There are no tax treatment changes.  It is exactly the same as a Sole Proprietor when it comes to taxes.
