Uninstall Premier, Install Home & Business

I uninstalled Premier, downloaded and installed Home & Business. When I launch TurboTax, Premier displays. How do I get Premier to fully uninstall? Running Windows 11 Home version.

I did see your posted solution, but I'm running Windows 11. The path you suggested is good this far: C:\Program File(x86)\Common Files\Intuit\. At which point the path choices are folders Database Providers or Update Service v4.
