why is 1099-misc of $208 just not added to income on return?

    1099-MISC is reported as other income, on line 21 of your tax return.  This is reported as other income as it is not subject to unemployment tax.  

     

    The 1099-MISC is a form used to report other income other than nonemployee compensation.
