Can I claim a daily rate for land travel in Nunavut under the Northern Residents deduction? What is the daily rate?

This question is Nunavut specific. I've taken land trips in Nunavut and my previous income tax service providers have used a certain amount available to claim for such travel, but with TurboTax I am not sure where to find the information.

To calculate the land Travel deduction for Northern Residents, rule says you can claim the lowest of these three amounts:

The travel benefit found on box 32 of your T4 slip
The total of your travel expenses
The lowest return airfare available at the time of the trip between the airport closest to your Northern residence and the nearest city.
