Can I split the CCA on appliances purchased on a rental property between my and my spouse tax return?
The rental property income and other expenses are split 50/50 between me and my wife. Turbotax does that automatically. We purchased new appliances this year and when I enter the cost of the new appliances Turbotax only deducts the CCA from my portion of the income. Can O I split the invoice and report 50% of the Cost in each tax return?
