Hi. I requested a refund for the downloaded TurboTax 2021 software. This purchase was a duplicate of previous purchase. How long does it take to process the request?

    How did you request the refund, in a refund form or by telephone?

    Only one charge for a 2021 TurboTax Home & Business CD/Download software is showing in your account. If you feel that this is not correct please contact our phone support team for assistance at 1-888-829-8608.
