How do I get box 52 and box 53 to equal box 21 without getting an error warning?

Going into Edit shows box 50 and Box 32 not equalling box 21. Why?

For the error on the T3 slip not balancing box 52+53 to equal box 21A, trying to enter the sum of 52+53 into box 53 (deleting 52) will fix the problem.
