Question

How do I get last years returns out of the online product for use in the desktop product? Bought the online product by mistake last year and it is painful to use.

Online product is poor.  Want last years files out of it.  Where the heck is the Intuit support.  Must make more money off online as there does not seem to be any answers on this.

    Unfortunately, the information from TurboTax Online cannot be transferred into TurboTax CD/Download. TurboTax Online has no way of saving to the .ttxx file format. TurboTax CD/Download can only import or open .ttxx files.
