I moved from France to Canada for a new job. Can I claim moving expenses?

I am a Canadian who moved back to Canada. My new employer did not cover any moving expenses.

    Yes, you can claim moving expenses even though you have moved to Canada from France, only if your new home which you have established is at least 40 kilometers closer to your new place of work or business than your previous house.
