Enterself-employmentin the search bar.
SelectSelf-Employmentfrom the list of results, then selectGo.
On theLet's look at your self-employment income and expensesscreen, answerYesto the question,Do you have self-employed income and/or expenses to report, then selectContinue.
SelectEnter New Business for.
On thewhat kind of self-employment work do you do?screen, select the category that best describes your business from the list provided, then selectContinue.
On thehere’s a checklist of what you’ll need to get startedscreen, selectContinue(and/or download the checklist if needed).
Enter your information in thelet's start with the basics about your workscreen, then selectContinue
Enter your business address and industry code on the next two pages, then selectContinue.
Continue entering information about your business until you reach thelet's look at your work expensesscreen, then selectContinue.
On theT2125 Business Statementscreen, enter the basic information about your business.
In theCalculation of business use-of-home expensessection, fill out all applicable amounts.
When finished, selectContinueto claim your expenses.
