My T1 does not reflect a checked box for Climate Incentive

I have checked the box on the Climate Form, but it was not carried forward to Pg 1 on theT2

As per our TurboTax Claim the Climate Action Incentive – Carbon Tax Rebate If you are using any TurboTax products, once you input your province at the beginning of the tax return, the credit is immediately added then as you process your tax return, you will find more information in the “Provincial” section of your tax return. This amount will be reflective on the Detailed Tax Summary page line 45110 of your T1.

As per the Canada Revenue Agency The CAIP includes a supplement for residents of small and rural communities. To claim the rural supplement you must complete the question on page 2 of your income tax and benefit return.

My TurboTAX CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, after much work on my behalf found that it was necessary to enlarge the text size cot times before either of us could see that the box had actually been checked. Previous to this it appeared empty. Perhaps tech could make this text in this box the same size as the rest of the program. Thanks to my my rep!
