I saw the categories of items to which a CCA needs to be calculate and only my table seems to apply. What of other equipment like uniform, gel, towels etc?

The “Other Expenses” spot is for things that don’t fit anywhere else but are still legitimate business expenses. In your case, your massage table should be claimed using capital cost allowance (CCA) with Class 8. Things like uniform, gel, and towels can be claimed as Office Supplies (Line 8811).
