When can I enter my business expenses. It said Feb 14th now it says Please come back later!

You will be able to enter business expenses at opening of tax season on February 19th.

Just one other question, I cant seem to find where to enter my subcontractor expenses. Does not seem to exist from what I can see. I also don't see where to enter inventory?
