When and where can self employed able to input expenses?

You can enter Self-Employment expenses in the Self-Employment section. In TurboTax Online, Self-Employment Expenses will be available tomorrow, February 15th.

the self-employment section asks me whether I have business expenses, I say yes and then the button below says 'done with businesses' or 'enter a new business'. it doesn't tell me where to enter expenses!
