Why when I enter all my home office expenses it shows "not started" under total claimable for 2023, but there is an amount in the carry forward line?

Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. You can also try deleting the expenses (use the trash can) and then re-add them.

I did speak to someone in support. They could not solve this issue. They suggested I start a new return but your system does not allow me to have 2 Turbotax pages open at the same time thus I cannot access all the previous information already entered. Any suggestions for this ongoing issue (I have already cleared my cache and that did not help) or how to reference the return already filled in?

You can try taking screenshots of the information in your original return. Or snap photos using your phone if that's easier.
