Self Employed Income

I have self employed income and have filled out T2125 form. My gross income is showing in Box 13499 but my Net income is showing as 0.00 in Box 13500 even though I have an amount in Box 9946. I am using Turbotax Basic. Please advise.

I am answering my own question after finally figuring out a way to contact TurboTax. I dont know about you, but it was a challenge for me. Finally found a link in someone else's answer.

Answer: You cannot enter Self Employed income on Basic Turbo tax. You either have to do it on Turbotax Self Employed ($44.99 per return ) OR Turbotax Home and Business ($119.99 for 12 returns).

WHY Turbotax leaves that as an option, I have no idea. I had minimal self employment, trying to make a few extra dollars during these trying Covid times, and would have to shell out more money just to get my taxes done.

Not to mention, it was soo frustrating not being able to reach Support easily. Over 3 days since I posted my question and still NO answer from Turbotax. Real helpful, guys!!!!
