Question

22 years old, I have what I think is a basic return, with normal employment income, tuition fees and grants received for tuition, thats it. im still paying 15$.. why?

im only adding those three things onto my return, and i do not have the free option. i am 22 years old,  i have no medical expenses, donations or employment expenses. anyone know why im still paying the 15$?
