Can I add previously unclaimed RRSP contributions to this years tax return?

I filled my taxes every year but did not add in the January to March contributions for 2019 2020 2021

Contributions to RRSP need to be added to their respective years. This means you will need to make adjustments to those returns to indicate those contributions. If you are speaking of deducting the previous years' contributions, which you already included as contributions, then yes you can take the deduction this year.
