Question

Can I file my taxes and claim my tuition without the T2202 form from my university? It is not available until late February but I want to file my taxes now

I know the tuition amount to claim.
T2202 from Athabasca University is not available until the end of February 2024

    You need to wait for your T2202 before you file. You can't file your 2023 income tax return until the NetFile opening day, which is February 19th, 2024.
