Can I transfer my spouse's RRSP contributions to my tax return?

    As per CRA Funds in an RRSP cannot be moved or transferred to an RRSP that does not have the same annuitant as the RRSP where the money is coming from. In other terms, you cannot transfer funds in your RRSP to a spousal RRSP. 

     

    You cannot transfer funds from a personal RRSP where you are the annuitant into a spousal RRSP of which your spouse is the annuitant, even if you were the one who contributed to the spousal RRSP.
