Hello, can I claim my daughter's unused tuition from 2019 in my 2021 tax return?
I just noticed on her assessment she had unused tuition Federal credits.
No. As per this Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page: Line 32400 – Tuition amount transferred from a child, “The student cannot transfer any amount they carried forward in a previous year”.
