How do I indicate on the return that I did not receive Old Age Security payments even though I am over 65 (I have never applied for OAS)?

The CRA rejected the Netfile and their error message said...."If you did not receive OAS pension, indicate this on your return as instructed by your software".

If you are using a TurboTax Online product, please follow the steps below to remove the Old Age Security from your return.

Sign in to your return
Go to the Find icon (magnifying glass) at the top right corner to enter T-Slips, then click GO
On the Next page (Income slips), you will find T4A (OAS) - Old Age Security, simply uncheck the box beside this option. Also, make sure to Go to that T4A (OAS)- Old Age Security page and remove all the amounts before unchecking the box.
After that click continue at the bottom to save your work.
