How to Get back over contribution of CPP and EI?

I have switched jobs and I have realized they have double dipped on my CPP and EI payments

    TurboTax will automatically calculate any overpayments of CPP and EI. If you would like to view these amounts, please follow these instructions for TurboTax Online:
    Review (left side menu) > Bottom Line (Tax Summaries) > See detailed tax summary (under Review Summary) 
     
    On line 44800 you will find CPP overpayment, and on line 45000 you will find EI overpayment.
    These amounts will either be refunded or used to reduce your balance owing.
