I am a low income Senior and my only source of income is CPP and OAS. Why can't I use Turbo Tax free?

My only income is CPP and OAS, pension only, no medical expenses, no other deductions.

Yet Turbotax did not allow me to chose the free option.

I looked at the list you provided, and mine return should be no charge.
