I am studying for CErtified Internal Auditor. can i claim, course fee for books etc. and exam fee?

The federal education and textbook tax credits were eliminated in 2017, and most provinces/territories have eliminated one or both of these credits.

However, you might still be able to claim tuition and exam fees. This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page tells you what tuition fees you can claim:
