Question

I do not have an SIN as I came to Canada at the age of 16 to attend a boarding school. How do I file my taxes then ?

I did file for an SIN but did not receive it as my study permit wouldn't allow me to receive it.

    You need either a Social Insurance Number (SIN) or an Individual Tax Number (ITN) to be able to prepare a return using TurboTax, or to submit a return to the CRA.
